Reporting
Listings, jobs, businesses, profiles, forum posts, reviews, menu and service items, applications and messages can all be reported in the app. Each report uses one of eight categories, with an optional description and screenshot.
Safety
On Mavi Valiz people sell things to each other, offer work and send private messages. This page explains the rules and tools that make it possible to do that safely.
The following content is not allowed anywhere in the app. Content that breaks the rules is removed; serious or repeated violations lead to the account being suspended or closed.
Listings, jobs, businesses, profiles, forum posts, reviews, menu and service items, applications and messages can all be reported in the app. Each report uses one of eight categories, with an optional description and screenshot.
Reports about self-harm or about someone under 18 are moved to the front of our team’s review queue.
When you block someone, neither of you can message the other, you no longer appear in each other’s search results and any follow is removed. The blocked person is not notified.
Businesses added to the directory are checked, including their name, location and photos, before going live. Ownership claims are reviewed separately.
Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed. Repeated failed sign-in attempts on an account lock it temporarily.
You must be at least 16 to create an account, and your date of birth is checked at sign-up. Accounts below the limit are closed.
When we remove content or an account for breaking the rules, we tell you why. If you think the decision was wrong, you can appeal by writing to gdpr@mavivaliz.com. Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team, not automatically.
Mavi Valiz is not a party to sales or agreements between members and does not take payments. Please keep the following in mind.
